I never planned to start Beach Fit 4 Life… until one photo changed everything.
While on a trip with my daughter, we were looking at photos of the day's events, i commented on how unhealthy i appeared.
That's when she looked at me and said....Its OK dad, you just have a dad bod like some the other dads. That hit me hard!
I became obsessed with losing weight — but I went too far. I realized there’s a right way to be healthy, and a wrong way.
Now, as a certified nutritionist and personal trainer, I help people balance fitness, nutrition, and life so they can feel confident at the beach and beyond, without the unhealthy extremes.
